I was worried about the fit since I'm between sizes, but the medium works great over a blouse. The black and grey color blocking looks so sharp in person. Fabric is polyester and cotton, feels sturdy but not scratchy. Wore it to a convention and got three compliments. Buttons are sewn on securely too.
I've bought a few vests from LaceRealm and this one is my favorite. The black and grey split design is so striking. Fits true to size for me at 5'7, 140lbs. I wore it with a puff sleeve blouse and got asked where I bought it twice. Polyester cotton makes it easy to wash and hang dry. No complaints at all.
This vest is the star of my Dark Night Overture coord. The black and grey combo matches so many of my pieces. Construction feels solid for the price. I'm 5'4 and the length hits right at my natural waist. No weird gaps at the armholes. Definitely recommend for lolita or ouji styling.
I wear this over long sleeve blouses and it instantly pulls the outfit together. The polyester cotton blend is comfortable indoors and doesn't overheat too badly. The grey is more of a deep charcoal than silver, which I prefer. Buttons are decorative looking but functional. Very happy with this purchase.
The fabric is a bit stiff right out of the package, but it softens after a wash. Love the gothic vintage vibe. I wear a small and it fits well, though the shoulders are narrow. It's a vest so there's no give in the back. Still a solid addition to my wardrobe for the price.
Ordered my usual size and it's a bit snug around the chest. The grey panels have a nice subtle sheen. It's polyester cotton so it wrinkles if you leave it in a pile, but steams out fine. Looks great layered over a white shirt for a gothic ouji look. Would size up if you're broader shouldered.
