Bought this for a convention and it held up all day walking around. The layers don't droop and the ruffles didn't fray. It's polyester so not the fanciest fabric, but for the price the look is great. The blue is a nice dusty shade.
The flower language print is delicate and matches the white base really well. Multi-layer ruffles make the skirt stand out without a petticoat. I paired it with a simple white blouse and it looked put together instantly. Very happy.
The print and ruffles are lovely, exactly like the photos. My only issue is the length, it's shorter than I expected on my 5'8" frame. The polyester fabric also feels a little stiff at first, but it softens after a wash. Still a nice skirt for the price.
