This is my first JSK and I'm in love. The fabric is sturdy cotton with a nice weight, not flimsy. The embroidery is neat and the bows are detachable. I wore it with a white blouse and it looked adorable. Fits true to size for me, I'm 5'4" and 110 lbs.
I ordered this for a tea party and it fit perfectly. The blue cotton is soft and the gold foil tulle adds a lovely shimmer. The embroidered bows and lace details are well made. I got so many compliments. True to size, though the bodice is a bit fitted.
The gold foil tulle really makes the blue pop. The lace trim is soft, not itchy like some cheaper dresses. I wore it to a convention and it held up well all day. The zipper is smooth. I'd recommend hand washing to keep the foil intact. Very pleased with this purchase.
The dress is beautiful, the snow castle print is clear and the lace is delicate. I usually wear a medium but sized up based on the measurements. It's still a little snug in the waist. The gold foil tulle is a bit scratchy on bare arms, but with a blouse underneath it's fine. Overall happy with it.
I was hesitant to order online but this exceeded my expectations. The snow castle print is even prettier in person. The embroidered bows are a nice touch. It's sleeveless so perfect for summer with a light blouse. Shipping was fast too. I'm considering buying another color if available.
