The blouse matches the photos. Striped blue and black, ruffled collar, lace jabot, and a bow. Short puff sleeves are adorable. Stand collar is comfortable. Button-up front works smoothly. Polyester and rayon blend is lightweight enough. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs, small fits perfectly. Great for gothic outfits.
I'm obsessed with the ruffled stand collar and lace jabot. The bow is a nice size, not too big. Short puff sleeves are flattering. The blue/black stripes are bold but not overwhelming. Button-up front works well. It's a bit warm due to polyester, but fine for cooler days. True to size, maybe slightly loose.
