The lapel collar and bow give such a cute military-lolita feel. I paired it with platform boots and it was perfect. Shipping took the full 30 days, so plan ahead. But the set is worth it. The skirt is a bit short, but I'm 5'8" and it's fine for me.
This is my first Jirai Kei purchase and I'm obsessed. The black and white combo is striking, and the ruffled bow adds a sweet touch. The lapel collar is sharp. I wore it to a tea party and felt so elegant. Fits well, though the skirt is a bit short. Highly recommend.
