The design is awesome, very palace-goth. But the slim cut is really slim. I normally wear medium, and medium was tight in the hips. Exchanged for large. Velvet is plush, jacquard is detailed. Lace-up works well. Only complaint is the polyester feels a bit warm for summer. Still glad I bought them.
The pants match the photos. Black velvet with red jacquard panels. Lace-up front adds a nice gothic touch. Slim fit, tapered leg. Polyester fabric is lightweight but not cheap. I use them for cosplay and everyday goth outfits. Had to steam them out of the package but then perfect.
These pants are a statement. The jacquard pattern is subtle but catches light nicely. I wore them to a dinner and got compliments. The lace-up detail is sturdy. Slim through thigh and calf. I sized up for a looser feel. Polyester means you can't really tailor it much, but it holds shape.
I bought these for a darkwave event and they fit perfectly. The black velvet with red jacquard splicing looks even better in person. The lace-up front is adjustable, so I could loosen it when sitting. Fabric is polyester but feels soft enough. Slim cut, no stretch. I'm 5'10" 160lbs and medium is snug but fine.
I was unsure about ordering velvet pants online, but these exceeded expectations. The red and black splice is sharp. The lace-up is actual cord, not flimsy. They are slim, so if you have bigger thighs, consider size. I'm a 32 waist and large fit with room. Wore them to a concert, danced all night, no issues.
