I was worried about the polyester content, but it feels luxurious. The skirt is well-made, no loose threads. The red and black combo is striking. I wore it to a convention and it held up all day. Definitely recommend for gothic fashion lovers.
This skirt is everything I hoped for. The embroidered lace adds such an elegant touch. It's fitted through the hips and flares out at the bottom, giving that classic fishtail shape. The material is thick and stretchy, very comfortable. I'm 5'7" and it hits just below the knee.
I wore this to a goth club night and got so many compliments. The red embroidery is beautiful against the black velvet. The fishtail silhouette is dramatic and the fabric has a nice stretch. It's a bit long on me (5'4") but with heels it's perfect.
I absolutely love this skirt! The velvet is soft, the embroidery is intricate, and the fit is flattering. It's perfect for dressing up or down. I paired it with a corset and boots. The only thing is it's dry clean only, but that's expected for velvet.
The lace detailing is gorgeous and the velvet feels high quality. However, the sizing is off – I usually wear a medium but had to exchange for a large. The slim fit is very snug. Still, once I got the right size, it looks amazing.
