I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs, and the small fits perfectly. The detachable feature is awesome – I can wear it as a mini skirt or attach it to a belt. The metal eyelets give it that edgy vibe. Polyester is a bit stiff but not uncomfortable. Great for concerts!

The skirt looks exactly like the picture and the eyelets are cool. However, it runs a bit small – I'd size up. Also, the polyester isn't very breathable, so it can get sweaty. Still, a good buy for the style.
