I've worn this in winter with layers and in summer without and it works both ways. The fabric is medium weight so it's versatile. The puff sleeves are structured but not stiff. I did size up for comfort and I'm glad I did. No regrets.
The dress itself is beautiful and the tiers are well done. My only issue is the sleeves are a bit tight on my upper arms, so I can't raise my arms all the way. Everything else fits fine, I got a medium. Still keeping it because the look is worth it.
Arrived quicker than expected and was packaged nicely. The dress is well made, the purple accents pop against the white. I wore it to a tea party and felt very princess-like. The puff sleeves stayed puffy all day. Would recommend to anyone into lolita fashion.

Bought this for a convention and it held up great through hours of walking. The tiers give a lovely full shape over a petticoat, and the puff sleeves don't dig into my arms. I'm 5'4" and the length hits just above the knee. Would buy again.
Wasn't sure what to expect ordering online, but the stitching is clean and the zipper glides smoothly. I wore it in autumn with tights and a cardigan and it looked adorable. Got a size L based on the chart and it fits well, maybe slightly roomy in the waist.
The dress looks just like the photos. I was worried the white would be see-through but it's lined well. I wore it in summer with a light petticoat and didn't overheat. The tiered skirt is my favorite detail. Fits true to size, I'm usually a small and the small worked.
Got this for my teen who is into gothic lolita. She says it's comfortable and the sleeves are her favorite part. Washed it on gentle and it came out fine, no fading. She's already asking for another color. The purple trim is a nice touch.
