Lovely skirt, the pleats and lace give it that gothic elegance. Fabric is polyester blend so it does wrinkle after sitting. I steamed it before wearing. Fit is true to size, mermaid shape hugs curves. Four stars because the lace edge is a little scratchy on my legs.
I wore this red lace velvet skirt to a goth club night and got so many compliments. The pleats hold their shape and the mermaid fit is super flattering. Polyester blend has a nice stretch. Only thing is it runs a bit long on me, but heels fixed that. Absolutely worth it.

I was worried the mermaid cut would be too tight, but the elastane gives just enough stretch. The lace overlay is delicate and well sewn. I've worn it to dinner and to a concert. The pleats stayed put all night. Great quality for the price.
This skirt is stunning in person. The lace detail on the velvet is beautiful, and the red is deep and rich. I'm 5'4" and ordered my usual size, fits perfectly around the waist with elastane stretch. Wore it to a formal event and felt like a Victorian ghost. Highly recommend.
The velvet feel is so soft, and the pleats make it swish when I walk. Red is vibrant, not cheap looking. I wore it with a black corset top and it was a whole vibe. Sizing was accurate for me, medium. The polyamide blend seems durable. Would buy again.
