This is my first Sugar Girl piece and I'm impressed. The mille crepe fabric has a unique texture that photos don't capture. Ruffles are full and the bowknot sits perfectly. I've worn it in winter with tights and it works year round. Definitely recommend.
The JSK itself is lovely, very sweet lolita style with nice ruffles. I took one star off because shipping took almost the full 30 days. Quality is good for the price though. I wore it in spring with a blouse underneath and got compliments.
