This skirt is everything I wanted for my jirai kei coords. The puffy hem and ruffles are so cute, and the suspenders make it easy to adjust. Fabric is polyester but doesn't feel cheap. I got the pink and it's a soft, sweet shade. Fits true to size.
The skirt is adorable and the ruffles are exactly as pictured. However, the polyester wrinkles easily and needs ironing. The suspenders are a bit tricky to adjust alone. Still, it's a unique piece for jirai kei outfits.
