This dress is even cuter in person. The blue is a soft, dusty shade. Ruffles are neatly sewn. The faux two-piece gives it a polished look without extra bulk. I wore it to a study group and felt stylish yet comfortable. Would buy again.
The dress itself is lovely, very sweet college style with nice ruffles. However, the bust runs a bit small, so consider sizing up if you're between sizes. The twill fabric is good quality. I kept it because it's so pretty, just a bit snug.
I was worried the fabric would be flimsy but it's a nice medium-weight twill. Holds its shape well. The printed details are crisp and the ruffles lie flat. Fits my 34-26-36 frame nicely in a medium.
The blue color is exactly like the photos, maybe even prettier in person. The ruffles are soft and not scratchy at all. I love that it looks like a two-piece but is actually one dress, so no fussing with layers. Wore it to a tea party and felt adorable.
