Bought this for a ren faire and it worked great. The spandex blend gives it just enough give. The spikes on the chest are subtle but noticeable. I'd say it runs true to size if you want the loose fit.
The black velvet looks rich in person. I'm 6'0" and the large gave me that loose drape. The elastic cuffs are comfy and the spikes are securely attached. Perfect for my dark alternative outfits.
Got this for a club night and it fit exactly how I wanted. The velvet feels soft and the lantern sleeves really make the look. I'm 5'10" and got a medium, loose but not sloppy. The chest lace and spikes are a nice touch without being too much.
Solid gothic top. The fabric has a nice sheen and the lantern sleeves hold their shape. I wish the chest lace were a bit longer, but that's minor. Wore it to a bar and got asked where I got it.
I wear this all the time now. The velvet is soft, the sleeves are dramatic, and the fit is relaxed. I sized down for a closer fit and it still looks good. Just remember no accessories are included, but that's clear.
The velvet is nice and the sleeves are a statement. I ordered my usual size and it was baggier than expected. Still keeping it because it looks good tucked in. The lace tie is a bit fiddly but fine.
Wasn't sure about polyester but it feels plush and has good stretch. Wore it to a concert and stayed comfortable all night. Got a few compliments on the sleeves. Only thing is the accessories aren't included, so plan for that.
This blouse is exactly what I hoped for. The elastic velvet is stretchy and moves well. I usually wear a large and it fits loose like the description says. The lace-up chest detail adds a cool gothic edge.
