This skirt is exactly what I hoped for. The pure cotton poplin feels crisp but soft, and the multi-layered ruffles give it such a nice shape. I wore it to class with a white blouse and got compliments all day. The lace-up front is adjustable and stays tied. Shipping took about six weeks, but worth the wait.
