I use this as a layering piece for outdoor rituals and it's ideal. Light enough for summer nights, but the spandex gives it structure. The long flared sleeves feel ritualistic and elegant. Lace is soft, not scratchy. Washed it cold on gentle and it came out fine.
The cape itself is beautiful and well made for the price. The flared sleeves are dramatic, but they are really long on me. I'm 5'2" and they cover my hands. I might hem them. Otherwise, the lace and ruffles are exactly as described. Happy with it.
Wore it to a gothic picnic and it looked amazing with a corset underneath. The ruffles hold their shape well. My only issue: a few loose threads near the lace trim, and it shed a tiny bit on black jeans. Nothing a lint roller can't fix. Still a solid buy for the price.
I was worried the lace would look cheap in person, but it doesn't. The ruffled edges are neat and the flared sleeves hang perfectly. It's lightweight but not flimsy, and the stretch makes it comfortable for long wear. I styled it with a belt and got tons of compliments. True to size for me.
This is my new favorite gothic piece. The black lace ruffles are so detailed, and the flared sleeves make every gesture look theatrical. Nylon-spandex means it stretches without losing shape. I wore it over a slip dress to a concert and felt like a witch queen. Highly recommend.
Bought this for a vampire ball and got so many compliments. The black is deep and true, no weird shine. Sleeves are dramatic without being in the way. Fabric is thicker than I expected, which is good. I'm 5'7" and it hits mid-calf. Would order again.
I wore this for a midnight cemetery photoshoot and it moved beautifully in the wind. The lace ruffles are delicate but not fragile, and the flared sleeves drape exactly like the photos. Nylon-spandex blend has a soft stretch that never felt tight. A little long on my 5'3" frame but I don't even care.
The lace detail is lovely and the ruffled shoulders look expensive. I usually wear a M and this fit more like a L. Not a dealbreaker but size down if you want a closer fit. The flared sleeves are fun and the nylon-spandex has just enough give. Good for layering over a dress.
