The lantern sleeves are everything. Fabric feels like real cotton with a bit of stretch. I wore it to a club and got three compliments. Lapel collar sits flat and sharp. True to size for my 5'10" frame. Wish it came in navy too.

I was unsure about the spandex but it just makes it move with you. Black is deep, not faded. Sleeves are big without being costume-y. Wore it to a dinner and my girlfriend loved it.

Bought this for a vampire costume but now I wear it normally. Cotton feel, nice weight, not shiny. The 4% spandex gives just enough give. Collar stays up. No complaints at all.
The cotton blend is soft and the lantern sleeves are a statement. I run hot so it's a bit warm for summer. Fall and winter it's perfect. Fits true to size, maybe slightly loose in the chest.

Finally a men's gothic blouse that isn't cheap polyester. You can feel the cotton. Spandex makes it move. The long lantern sleeves drape nicely. I wore it with black trousers and got asked where I bought it twice.
