The dress arrived wrinkled, so I had to steam it before wearing. Once ironed, it looked lovely. The white is slightly sheer, so I recommend a slip. Still, it's a charming piece and I'm glad I bought it.
I was worried it might look cheap, but it's surprisingly sturdy. The stitching is neat and the ruffles hold their shape. I've worn it twice already and it washes well on gentle cycle. Would recommend to any sweet lolita fan.
I can wear this in any season. In winter, I add a long-sleeve blouse and tights; in summer, just a short-sleeve blouse. The waist has some stretch, so it's comfortable for all-day wear. The bow is a nice touch.
This JSK is even prettier in person. The lace details are delicate and the white is bright, not off-white. I'm 5'4" and the length hits just above my knees. Perfect with a blouse underneath. Very happy with my purchase.
I wore this to a local meetup and got so many compliments. The bowknot is detachable, which I love. It's lightweight enough for summer but I can layer it with a cardigan for cooler days. True to size.
The dress is adorable and the ruffles are well made. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large based on reviews and it fits perfectly. The fabric is a bit thin, so I wear a petticoat for more volume. Still a great buy for the price.
