The dress is beautiful and the blue is vibrant without being neon. However, I normally wear a small and had to size up to medium. The waist is not very stretchy. Still, the ruffles and bow details are adorable. Good for spring and summer. Just check the size chart carefully.
The blue is such a soft pastel, exactly like the photos. Cotton feels breathable and the ruffles sit nicely. I wore it to a tea party and got so many compliments. The bows are detachable which is great. Short version hits above the knee on me at 5'4". Highly recommend for sweet coord.
