I've bought from With Puji before and this didn't disappoint. The ruffles are crisp and the stitching is neat. The 4-way stretch means it moves with you. I wore it to a convention and it held up well. The black is versatile. Only wish it had pockets.
The quality is great for the price. The black color is deep and the fabric has a nice stretch. However, I found the bodice a bit loose around the waist, so I had to get it altered. Still, the ruffle details are adorable and it looks very classic. Good for daily wear.
