Used this for a dark fairy kei look and it worked perfectly. The ruffles and bow are well sewn. I'm 5'4" and the length hits just above the knee. Wish the sleeves were a bit longer, but still love it.
I wore this to a local meetup and got so many compliments. The polka dot print is subtle but cute, and the bowknot sits nicely at the waist. Chiffon layers feel light, not cheap. True to size for me.
The multi-layered skirt gives great volume without a petticoat, though I added one for extra poof. Polyester fabric has a nice slight sheen. Black is deep and rich. Shipping took about two weeks.
Ordered my usual size and it's a bit snug in the shoulders. The print and ruffles are adorable, and the fabric feels durable. I'd size up if you're between sizes. Still a solid purchase for the price.
