This is a statement piece. The patent leather is shiny, and the stitching adds a cool contrast. The buckles are adjustable and sturdy. I wore it out for a night event, and everyone asked where I got it. It's on the heavier side, but that's expected for this style.
Bought this for a steampunk event and it exceeded expectations. The dual stand collar and buckles look authentic. It's a bit stiff at first, but breaks in nicely. I'm 5'10", 170 lbs, and the medium fits like it was tailored for me.
Nice design and it fits well, but the fabric smell was strong when it arrived. Had to air it out for a few days. Also, the sleeves are a bit long for my arms. But overall, a unique and eye-catching coat that gets attention. Just be prepared for the chemical odor initially.
This coat is even better in person. The patent leather shines and the stand collar gives it a sharp look. I've gotten tons of compliments. True to size, I'm 6'1" and 185 lbs, Large fits perfectly. Highly recommend for any steampunk fan.
I've already worn this to two events and it's become my signature look. The details are flawless, from the stitching to the buckles. It's comfortable enough to wear for hours. I was worried about the patent leather attracting scratches, but none so far. Worth every penny.
I was skeptical about the fabric blend, but it feels sturdy and well-made. The stitching is neat, and the metal buckles are solid. Wore it to a convention and it was a hit. Also, it keeps me warm enough for a spring evening. Five stars!
The coat is gorgeous and well-constructed, but it runs small in the shoulders. I usually wear a large, but had to exchange for an XL. The arms are a bit tight too, but once on, it looks awesome. Material is quality, though not breathable for warm days.
