This dress exceeded my expectations. The tiered design is beautiful and the high waist fits perfectly. I'm 5'4" and got a medium, and it hits just above my knees. I've worn it in both spring and autumn and it's versatile. The accessories aren't included, but that's fine. Would buy again.
