I've worn this in winter with a cardigan and tights and in summer with just a blouse. The fabric is medium weight, not too thin. The tiered skirt is my favorite part. Very happy with this purchase.
The strawberry afternoon tea theme is so charming. I ordered my usual size and it fits well. The waist has some stretch which helps. I wore it to a birthday party and everyone loved it.
The dress itself is lovely and well made. However, I recommend sizing up if you're busty. I'm usually a small but the medium fit better. The print and bow are still super sweet.

This dress is now my favorite. The bowknot detail on the front is well made and not flimsy. I'm 5'4" and got the M, hits just above the knee. Wore it in summer with a light blouse and stayed cool.

The design is beautiful and the bowknot is a nice touch. But the fabric wrinkles after washing, so I have to iron it carefully. Still a good dress for the price. Fits true to size.
