This JSK is now my favorite piece. The cherry milk pie print is crisp and the colors are vibrant without being loud. Ruffle hem is full enough to show off a petticoat. High waisted cut is flattering and the stitching feels sturdy. Wore it for a photoshoot and it photographed beautifully.
I wore this to a picnic and stayed comfortable all day. The cotton doesn't itch at all, and the ruffle straps don't dig in. The bowknot adds just the right amount of sweet detail. Print is clear and the multi-color scheme matches a lot of my blouses. Would buy again in another print.
The print is even sweeter in person and the cotton is soft. My only gripe is the sizing, I measured and still the waist was snug, so size up if you're between sizes. The ruffles lay flat and the bowknot is cute. Shipping took a bit but it arrived before my event, so I'm happy overall.
I was a little worried the cherry milk pie print would look too busy, but it's actually adorable. The ruffles and bowknot details are well sewn, no loose threads anywhere. Cotton feels breathable for summer. I wore it to a tea party and got compliments all afternoon. High waist hits me right under the bust.
The print is charming and the ruffles are nicely done. I do wish the bowknot stitching was a touch more secure, one loop flops a bit. Also the cotton wrinkles easily after washing, so iron on low. Still a solid sweet lolita piece for the price and I'd recommend it.
Ordered this JSK for my first lolita meetup and it did not disappoint. The stitching on the ruffles is neat, and the bowknot at the front is detachable, which I didn't expect. Fabric is medium weight cotton, holds a petticoat nicely. I'm 5'4" and the length is just above the knee on me.
Honestly better than I expected. The fabric is real cotton, not thin or shiny, and the stitching along the ruffles is clean. The high waist sits nicely and the skirt flares with a petticoat. Bowknot is a little stiff but still cute. Got it for a convention and it held up all day.
