This is my first Gothic Lolita dress and I'm obsessed. The print is detailed and the stitching feels solid. Wore it in summer with a light blouse and didn't overheat. Just remember accessories aren't included, so budget for a headbow. True to the measurements listed.
I wore this to a local lolita meetup and got so many compliments. The angel wing print is crisp and the bowknot at the chest is sturdy, not floppy. Mesh stitching looks delicate but held up fine. I'm 5'4" and the JSK hits just above the knee. Perfect over a white blouse.
The mesh stitching and bowknot really make this stand out. I've worn it three times already, twice for photos and once to a convention. Washed it on gentle and it kept its shape. The ruffles are a bit stiff at first but soften after a wear or two. Very happy.
The dress itself is lovely, the angel wings print is subtle and elegant. My only gripe is the sizing. I'm usually a medium but ordered a large based on reviews and it barely zipped. Fabric has almost no stretch. Also, the ivory is slightly darker in person. Still keeping it.
Been eyeing this for months and finally bought it. The ivory color is more of a soft cream, which I love. Ruffles are full and the fabric has a nice weight for spring and fall. I sized up for a looser fit and it worked great. No loose threads on mine.
