The design is adorable and the ruffles are exactly as pictured. However, the fabric is a bit sheer, so I need a slip underneath. The halter neck is adjustable and comfortable. I wore it in summer and it was breathable. For the price, it's a solid piece, but be aware it's not fully opaque.
