The flared cuffs are my favorite part, really dramatic but not too much. The material is 100% polyamide so it's lightweight, slightly stretchy, and doesn't wrinkle easily. The high-low cut with the layered ruffled back is so flattering. I wish it had pockets but that's asking too much. Great for layering over a tank.
I wore this to a local goth night and got so many compliments. The black paisley jacquard is subtle but pretty up close, and the long ruffled back with lace hem looks amazing. The front buckle adds a nice silver detail. I sized up for a looser fit. It's a bit short in front but that's the style.
I was worried the paisley print would look old-fashioned, but it's actually very subtle and elegant in black. The trumpet sleeves and ruffled hem give it a romantic gothic vibe. I wore it to a concert and it held up. The material feels smooth and slightly stretchy. I got a medium and it fits true to size for a relaxed look.
The blouse is surprisingly comfortable for something so fancy. The polyamide fabric has some give, so it moves with you. The back flounces don't feel bulky, just flowy. I like the front center buckle detail. I wore it with a long skirt and got asked where I bought it. It's a statement piece for sure.
The design is lovely. I love the high-low hem and the lace. But the sizing is a bit off. I'm usually a small, and the small was snug in the arms. The trumpet cuffs are wide so that's fine. The black jacquard is pretty but shows lint easily. I'll keep it but might order a size up next time.
This is my new go-to for dark academia and Victorian-inspired outfits. The back is longer than the front which gives a cool dramatic silhouette. The lace trim is sewn well and hasn't frayed after a few washes on gentle. The silver buckle is plastic but looks metal from a distance. No accessories included, just the blouse.
The blouse itself is beautiful. Black lace, gothic buckle in front, ruffles at the back. I ordered my usual size but it was tight across the shoulders. The sleeves flare out nicely though. I'd recommend sizing up if you're busty. Also the fabric is a bit shiny under bright lights, but that's just the jacquard.
