The steampunk style is spot on. The black and red plaid is bold, and the ruffle stitching adds a nice texture. The leather strap is a cool detail. I've washed it once on gentle and it held up fine. Very happy with this purchase.
I was surprised by how well-made this dress is. The cotton is soft and breathable. The ruffle details are sewn neatly. The leather strap is adjustable and doesn't dig in. I wore it all day at a festival and felt great.
This dress is a showstopper. The irregular hem and stitching give it that steampunk feel. I was worried about the red but it's a deep, rich color. I'm 5'4" and the length hits just above the knee. Would definitely buy again.

I love the design and the plaid print. However, the sizing runs a bit small, especially in the bust. I'd recommend sizing up. The fabric has no stretch, so keep that in mind. Still, it's a unique piece.
