I was worried the mesh would be scratchy, but it's soft and the jacquard gives it structure. The off-shoulder cut shows off collarbones nicely. Wore it to a dinner and felt like a Victorian ghost in the best way. The ruffle detail is not overdone. Washes well on gentle cycle.
I've bought from LaceRealm before but this one is my favorite. The jacquard texture adds a Gothic touch without being heavy. Ruffles are flirty. I wore it with a petticoat for extra volume. The off-shoulder stayed in place all night. No complaints. Fast shipping too.
The dress looks exactly like the photos—elegant gothic with lovely ruffles. The four-way stretch makes it comfortable. However, the halterneck strap dug into my neck after a few hours. I loosened it and it was fine. Print is gorgeous. Sizing runs true, but if you're between sizes, size up for the bust.
The flowers in the mist print is even prettier in person. Black is deep and rich. The halterneck and off-shoulder combo is unusual but works. I'm 5'4" and it hits just above knee. The stretch fabric moves with you. Got tons of compliments at the convention. Worth every penny.
I wore this to a local goth meetup and got so many compliments. The off-shoulder halterneck stays put and the jacquard fabric feels way more expensive than it is. The flower mist print is subtle but striking. Ruffles are perfectly placed. True to size, maybe slight stretch helps. A new favorite.
