Finally a black tiered dress that works for sweet coords. The ruffles are well sewn and the bowknot is a nice size. Imitation silk gives it a slight sheen that looks expensive in photos. I sized up for layering a blouse underneath, and it fits great.
The dress itself is beautiful with all the ruffles and the bowknot. However, I found it runs a bit small in the bust. I'd recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. The lace-up helps, but the cotton layer has little stretch. Still a pretty dress overall.
I was worried about ordering online, but this exceeded expectations. The ruffle layers are even and the bowknot is securely attached. The imitation silk doesn't feel cheap at all. Lace-up closure gives a customizable fit. True to size for me.
