Ordered this for a vampire ball and it was perfect. The eyelets catch the light nicely. Long sleeves and maxi length give it a dramatic silhouette. Side slit lets you show off fun tights or boots. Polyester is easy to wash and didn't shrink. Highly recommend.
Been looking for a gothic maxi with eyelets for months. This one delivers. The black polyester has a slight sheen but not shiny. Side slits are high enough to be edgy but not scandalous. Wore it to a wedding, got tons of compliments from strangers.
Wasn't sure what to expect but the polyester is thicker than I thought. Not see through at all. The side slit is modest, goes to about mid thigh. Eyelets are metal and feel secure. Wore it to a concert and danced all night, no issues.
For the price I expected something flimsy. This is actually well constructed. Seams are straight, eyelets are evenly spaced, sleeves are proper long sleeves. The slit on the side gives it movement. I'm 5'9" and it hits just above the floor. Perfect with boots.
Finally a gothic maxi that has actual long sleeves. I'm always cold and this covers my arms completely. The eyelet details down the sides look even better in person. Ordered my usual size and it fits true. Wore it to a ren faire and it was perfect.
Love the gothic look and the eyelets down the sides. The fabric is decent polyester. However the long sleeves are quite fitted. If you have thicker arms like me, size up or be prepared for a snug fit. Side slit is great though. Kept it because the rest fits well.
Wore this for my courthouse wedding and got so many compliments. The eyelets add just enough edge without being too much. Polyester fabric has a nice weight to it, not cheap feeling at all. Side slit hits at a flattering spot. I'm 5'6" and it grazes the floor with flats.
I was worried the eyelets might look cheap but they don't. They're small and subtle. The dress has some stretch which helps. Side slit lets me walk normally without feeling restricted. Wore it to a gothic-themed wedding and fit right in.
The dress itself is gorgeous, eyelets and slit are exactly as pictured. My only issue is the length. I'm 5'2" and even with heels it drags a bit. Will need hemming. Fabric is nice polyester, not itchy. Long sleeves were perfect for me.
This dress makes me feel like a dark queen. The black is a true deep black, not faded. Long sleeves are fitted but not tight. Eyelets go all the way down the sides which I didn't fully notice in photos but love. Got it for a Halloween event but will wear it year round.
