I'm very particular about fit. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs and I ordered a medium. It fits like it was tailored for me – shoulders are perfect, torso length just right. The fabric feels high quality, not cheap at all. The printed design is unique and the diamante accents are tasteful. I've already ordered another color (if available).
I really like this coat – the design is unique and the quality is good. However, I found the shoulders to be a bit tight even though I followed the size chart. I measured my chest and it said large, but the large fits snug in the shoulders. I'd suggest sizing up if you have broader shoulders. Still, it's a stylish coat and I get comments every time I wear it.
