I'm usually between M and L, and the M fits perfectly. The bodice is lined and not see-through. The skirt is a single layer of chiffon so it's light, but you'll need a petticoat for volume. The straps are adjustable, which helped. Very happy with this purchase.
The dress exceeded my expectations. The bowknot is larger than I thought and very crisp. The color is exactly as pictured - a soft blush beige. The high waist seam is well done, no puckering. I can dress it up or down. It's become a staple in my lolita wardrobe.
