I was unsure about the metal buttons but they look awesome. Fabric has a slight stretch so it moves with you. Wore it to a concert and stayed comfortable. The white color is crisp, not see-through. Detachable tie stays put. Sleeves are roomy lantern style. Would buy again in black.
I've never seen a shirt like this. The high collar with ruffles and the front flounce make it stand out. Fabric is polyester spandex blend, feels smooth. Metal buttons are secure. Tie can be removed for a simpler look. Wore it to a dinner and got many compliments. Fits true to size.
The shirt itself is well made, jacquard fabric is thick and the ruffles are stiff in a good way. Detachable tie is a cool feature. My only issue is sizing: I usually wear large but had to size up to XL for shoulder room. Split cuffs help. White shows wrinkles easily, so iron before wearing.

Ordered this for a gothic themed party and it was perfect. The high collar and chest flounce give it that retro vampire look. Jacquard pattern is subtle but nice. Tie is easy to attach. I'm 5'10" 160lbs and medium fits well. Got lots of questions about where I bought it.
