Fabric feels substantial and the seams are clean. I'm between sizes and the medium was tight in the arms. Still wearable, and the layered ruffles are lovely. Just check the size chart carefully before buying.
This cloak coat is exactly what I hoped for. The red is rich, the ruffles are full without being messy, and the bow ties everything together. Wore it over a dress and it was cozy all day.
