The dress is gorgeous and the embroidery is detailed. However, it runs small in the bust. I normally wear a small but had to exchange for a medium. The cape is one size and fits fine. Still a lovely set once I got the right size.
Bought this for a Victorian-themed photoshoot and it was perfect. The red is deep and rich, not cheap looking. Cape attaches easily. I'm 5'4" and the length hit just below my knees. No stretch, so check measurements.
I wore this to a Renaissance fair and everyone asked where I got it. The red is stunning and the embroidery stands out. The cape is detachable. I did need a petticoat to get the full shape. Very happy with it.
