I was impressed with the quality. The lace trim is delicate and the bow is securely attached. The dress is lined enough to not be see-through. I wore it to a baby shower and felt cute all day. True to size.
This dress is exactly what I wanted for my lolita coordinate. The V collar and ruffled bow are perfect. The plus size fit is comfortable and the blue is true to the picture. Short sleeves are great for layering.
I bought this for a tea party and it was a hit. The ruffles and bow are well sewn, not flimsy. Fabric is polyester but doesn't feel cheap. Plus size fit is generous. Would recommend.
