Ordered this for a lolita meetup and it fit perfectly. I'm 5'4" and got the size M. The blue is a nice midnight shade. The ruffles are soft, not scratchy. The pearls are securely sewn on. Took 3 weeks to arrive, but I expected that.
The dress is beautiful, but the sizing is off. I normally wear a small, but I should have sized up. The waist is a bit tight. Still, the lace and pearl decorations are high quality. I'll wear it for special occasions. Shipping was faster than expected.
