Though there appeared technical difficulties during my purchase I was amazed by the quality of Lolita's customer service. I have never experienced such care while shopping from the other half of the globe (me being in Europe). Since there was a change of model of dress I ordered because of unavailability we happened to miscommunicate about dress size. But after receiving undesired size the shop service took the blame on itself and I was send new size for free. Communication during the process was very pleasant and swift. Final dress I received is very nice quality made with a fair amount of fabric. The overall quality of the dress is better then what is to be expected for such low price. I am happy to start wearing my hanfu while drinking tea and playing bamboo flute. I am very happy with my shopping experience and am honestly recommending this shop.
