I've been looking for a gothic lolita dress with hime sleeves for ages. This one is perfect! The velvet is rich and the ruffles are lovely. It's a bit long on me (I'm 5'2") but with platforms it's fine. Highly recommend.
I wore this to a convention and got so many compliments. The velvet is thick and soft, and the hime sleeves make me feel like a princess. The fishtail hem is gorgeous. Shipping took about 2 weeks, but worth the wait.
This dress is even more beautiful in person. The bowknot and ruffles are well-made. I'm 5'5" and it hits just above the floor with heels. The long sleeves are perfect for cooler weather. I ordered a size up for a looser fit.
The velvet feels luxurious and the stitching is neat. I love the poetic letter print on the raven feather fabric—subtle but unique. The fishtail silhouette is flattering. Only downside: it wrinkles easily, so steaming is a must.
The dress is stunning, but the hime sleeves are a bit restrictive in the shoulders. I have broad shoulders, so I sized up. The velvet is high quality and the bowknot is cute. Overall, happy with my purchase.
