The design is adorable and the ruffles are nice. However, the sizing is definitely on the smaller side. I usually wear a medium but had to exchange for a large. The fabric is a bit stiff at first but softens after a wash. Still a lovely piece for lolita outfits.
The skirt itself is well-made and the details are cute. But it is quite slim, so it does not have much volume on its own. You really need a petticoat to get that classic lolita shape. The bow is a bit large for my taste, but that is personal. Good for the price.
I wore this to a convention and got so many compliments. The ruffles and bow are perfectly placed, and the fishtail hem gives it a lovely shape. Cotton-poly blend feels sturdy but soft enough. It is slim-fitting, so if you are between sizes, size up. Very happy with this purchase.
Exactly what I wanted for my sweet lolita coord. The black is deep and rich, not faded. The bowknot is detachable? No, it is sewn on securely. The skirt is slim but not restrictive. I am 5'4" and it hits just below the knee. Great quality for the price.
