Exactly what I wanted. The embroidery is detailed and the hood makes it feel extra dramatic. Fabric has stretch from the elastane so it moves with you instead of feeling stiff. Wore it to a concert and got so many compliments.
Everything about this works. Hooded, long sleeves, embroidery, ripped hem, all black. Pairs with boots and literally anything. It is lightweight enough for fall but I layer it in winter. No issues after several washes on gentle.
Looks great in photos and the gothic details are well done. Fabric is thinner than I expected so it is more of a light coat than a warm one. Sizing was true to my usual. Embroidery stitching has held up so far with careful wear.
Bought this worried the ripped parts would look cheap but they are done well. Polyamide and polyester blend feels durable, hood is roomy, and the long sleeves cover my hands a little which I like. Fits true to size and looks amazing layered.
Ordered this for a costume party and ended up wearing it regularly. Polyester blend does not feel cheap, and the hood actually stays up. Only complaint is the sleeves are long on me and there's no way to adjust them.
This exceeded expectations. Elastane gives it stretch, so no pulling across the shoulders. The hollow embroidery on the sleeves is the standout detail. I wore it three days in a row and it never looked wrinkled or stretched out.
Really nice coat, black is deep and the ripped details look intentional. I'm usually a medium and the medium had no room for a chunky sweater underneath. Fine over a t-shirt though. Hollow embroidery at the sleeves is delicate, I'm careful with it.
